How to Use Rosemary Oil at home:
* Avoid Rosemary essential oil if you have high blood pressure, have epilepsy or pregnant.
Body: 25ml of Grapeseed Oil with 8 drops of Rosemary.
Face: 5ml of Grapeseed Oil with 1-2 drops of Rosemary.
Bath: First mix 6 drops of Rosemary with 1 tsp of milk and then pour into your bath.
Diffuse: Add 10-15 drops of Rosemary to 100ml water in a diffuser.
Steam Inhalation: Use 2-4 drops of Rosemary in steaming water
Hanky: Put 1 drop on a tissue and keep nearby when you have to study. This Essential Oil can clear the mind and stimulate the brain
A Disinfectant Spray: Combine 25 drops to 150ml of water in a spray bottle. Use this inside runners, shoes, as a carpet freshener, and to disinfect bins. Shake well before use.
