How To Use Bergamot Oil At Home:
Body: 25ml of Grapeseed Oil with 8 drops of Bergamot.
Face: 5ml of Grapeseed Oil with 1-2 drops of Bergamot.
Bath: First mix 6 drops of Bergamot with 1 tsp of milk and then pour into bath.
Burners: Place 3-5 drops of the oil together with some water into the top of an oil burner. Light the candle at the base of the burner.
Diffuse: Add 10-15 drops of the oil to 100ml water in a diffuser.
Steam Inhalation: Use 2-4 drops of Bergamot in steaming water.
First Aid: Gargle 1 drop of Bergamot with water for mouth ulcers. Do not swallow
